Happy Thanksgiving Eve’s Eve!

I’m getting so excited for T-Day…. I spent ALL evening after work baking and cooking up a storm, only breaking to go to spinning class! In addition to the Garlicky Sun-dried Tomato Dip and Cranberry Pecan Dip I made yesterday, today I made:

* Pumpkin Cheesecake

* Green Bean Casserole

* Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

So far everything has turned out fabulously!!!  I’ll be posting pictures and recipes later on.

However, I’m going to be up all night cleaning up the kitchen and packing to be gone for the long weekend, so while I don’t have an exciting new post for ya, I DO have a guest post up on What’s For Dinner, so go check it out! :)
